OCD:

This is something I have had many years experience of dealing with as I have lived with the condition for the best part of my life and through perseverance and introspection, managed to successfully overcome 90 percent of the symptoms. OCD is like a wolf in sheep's clothing. It can come to you in many different disguises but the wolf can be overwhelming anxiety and fear of future events over which you have no control . If you are struggling with OCD and really want to find a solution that enables you to be the person you want to be, then I would be delighted to help you. Cognitive Hypnotherapy was instrumental in helping me to overcome my difficulties and I would love the opportunity to help you too.

Relationship Difficulties:

If your relationships are not bringing you the fulfilment and happiness you need, then it could be to do with a variety of different issues regarding lack of communication, different perceptions based on previous experience and conditioning or an inability to accept and work with work each other's differences. We can work together to find a solution that brings out the very best qualities in both you and your partner so your relationship finds the grounding it needs to blossom into the mutually fulfilling partnership you both deserve. I specialise in treating clients recovering from the effects of narcissistic abuse as well as offering support for divorce/separation.

We all go through times where we feel we may be lacking confidence in certain situations. There is no reason why you should feel that you cannot achieve everything you want due to a limiting belief. This is something that we can work together on to find out what the root causes of these issues are so you can begin to live life to the fullest and enjoy being you.

According to HSE statistics, 12.5 million working days were lost to stress, anxiety and depression from data gathered between 2016/17 which goes to show just how many people struggle with these issues in today’s fast paced modern society.
